Crystal2love is accurate and honest. I recently had to exchange an order due to my mistake in ordering the wrong size. I made a reciept of the difference in the cost of the crystals, but I made a miscalculation in the difference and actually shortchanged myself. Z picked up on the error and gave me the correct amount. Thank you for your honesty
