I recently began to experiment with glueing swarovski crystals to shoes, shirts and jeans. I didn\'t know what I was doing as i was buying the hotfix crystals but glueing them on with gemtac glue. Almost all of them fell off the clothes i put in the wash even though i used a hand wash cycle. I started researching how to apply the crystals and the difference between hotfix and regular crystals when I came across the crystals2love website. i decided to try to call because i had questions. to my surprise someone picked up the phone at 6:30 at night. Zalman was very helpful. I then placed my order and he actally called me back at home to inform me that i ordered the wrong applicator and corrected the order for me, even though the one i originally ordered was more expensive. I received my order very quickly and everything was well labeled and packed well. I will only shop here going forward. great prices and great customer service. thank you crystals2love!
